We slow-cook our ghee over a traditional mild fire, following a meticulous 5-step process: boiling the pure A2 milk, setting it into rich curd, hand-churning the curd with a wooden Bilona to separate fresh butter (makkhan), and gently melting it to yield golden, highly aromatic, and beautifully granular (daanedaar) ghee.
