At Gir Gau Amrut, we take pride in delivering the highest quality A2 Gir Cow Ghee. Since our product is an edible and perishable food item, we follow a strict return and refund policy to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We only accept return or refund requests under the following conditions:

• The product delivered is damaged during transit (e.g., broken glass jar).
• The product delivered has crossed its expiry date upon arrival.
• You received the wrong item.

Note: We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or do not like the taste/aroma, as natural Bilona ghee varies slightly by season.

2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If your order meets the eligibility criteria above, please follow these steps:

• Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide your Order ID and clear photographs or an unboxing video of the damaged/incorrect product.

3. Refund Process

• Once your request is approved, we will either dispatch a replacement jar free of cost OR initiate a refund.
• Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank account or UPI details to process the refund.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched from our farm. Once the order has been handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be canceled.
